Sierra Nevada Pale Ale clone, which is one of my favorite beers in the States. This one came out 5,1% ABV so a bit lighter then expected, but the taste is great and it's a nice fresh summer beer.

Added to the database :) Looks really nice. One of my favourites and one we can get from the supermarkets here in the UK :)

Amazing! You could do an A/B test ;-) They're hard to find here.

Thanks Jan, please add it to the recipe section as a separate topic and we'll add it to the recipe section overview.

I'm so happy with how this one turned out. Just perfectly balanced and brings back some memories from when I got the original one. Got 14 bottles in the fridge from the first brew and will brew another batch asap. Recipe is a definite keeper.

if you're in for some adventure, try adding
      dryhop:
      10 gr ahtanum
      10 gr centennial
      10 gr chinook
      10 gr Columbus

      Nice for the bitterness!

      Enjoy!
