RECIPE: Citra Splash (American IPA)

A 7% American IPA with only citra: 4 citra hop drops and citra dry hops during secondary.
This one came out really nice (with 6,8% a tiny bit lighter then expected, but all fine) and I bottled 13 bottles from the keg.

As expected, extremely fresh with a ton of citrus ;-)

Unfortunately, the hop bags had not fallen in to the wort, so I have chosen to dry hop al the Citra.

Get those metal balls Jan that we spoke about in the Facebook group and make compact bags by tying them up. Never had any hop drop problems here.

I do find I have hop bag drop issues on bigger 12g drops but I just take note of the times and make sure I'm there to force them through

What are the dry hop settings during second fermentation? Can't find it in the recipe.
And why during boiling the last hop drop at time zero?

On the bottom of the recipe it says '7,2 gr Citra for 2 days during secondary. What is a dry hop setting?
